To change working visa from students visa following things are required.

1) The students who want to change visa he/she should be bachelor or more than bachelor pass.(that person doesn't need to finish senmon gakkou or university of japan and as we have to work on japanese company its better if he/she knows basic japanese language.

2) The students who are just +12(higher secondary school ) pass they are not allow until they don't finish senmon gakko or university of Japan.

     Last but not the list if the students is N2pass it would be more easy.
